Forest

Forest Lane, our downstairs private dining room, offers the perfect space for intimate gatherings, private dinners, corporate calls, and exclusive tastings.

The Library

Step into our fully soundproof Library, doubling as a state-of-the-art production studio with full A/V capability. Whether you're podcasting, livestreaming, or simply lounging and networking, this room sets the stage for conversation.

Dolly Lounge

Celebrate in style inside the Dolly Lounge, a speakeasy-inspired space with its own bar, stage, and green room. Host live music, receptions, late-night cocktails, corporate parties, and curated keynote panels in a setting that feels like the city's best-kept secret.

Pecan Room

The Pecan Room wraps your gathering in warmth with rich wood paneling and striking antelope carpet. With direct access to the Dolly Bar, your private dining experience can be complimented with a cocktail hour before.

Banquet Space

Our Banquet Room is built to flex with your vision, featuring two airwalls that customize the space for groups of 20 to 200. Configure it for an intimate dinner, open it up for a show-stopping celebration, or separate it out for three different lectures. The space is yours to shape.

Do I need to be a member to host a private event at Champions Social Club?

While we are a members-only club, we’d love to welcome you. When you book an event with us, you’ll receive a complimentary temporary membership for the duration of your event.

We accommodate a wide range of private events from 5 to 500 people, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, social gatherings, and charity galas. Every event is thoughtfully reviewed to ensure it’s the perfect fit for our space and your vision.

No. Champions Social Club is an active private social club, so regular member events and other private functions may occur simultaneously in other areas of the club.

Yes. Our talented culinary and bar team crafts every dish and cocktail in-house, offering curated menus tailored to your tastes and dietary needs.

Yes. To ensure it is the right menu for your event, we offer complimentary tastings for up to 4 guests. These must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. 

Our venue is equipped with in-house A/V essentials, including microphones, projectors, TV screens, professional sound systems, high-speed wifi, and immersive lighting to make your presentations, speeches, or entertainment truly shine. 

Yes — complimentary on-site self-parking is available during regular business hours.

Of course! We love collaborating with talented vendors to make your event shine. Just let us know at least 30 days in advance. 

Don’t have any vendors in mind? We can even help coordinate vendor services for you if you’d like a little extra support.

Personalized décor is welcome but must be approved at least 15 business days in advance. Prohibited items include confetti, glitter, fog machines, helium balloons (unless weighted and approved), and open flames.

Yes — all food and beverage items are subject to a 23% service charge (which includes staff gratuity) and 8.25% sales tax.
