1. Minor Guest Participation (If Applicable)

If I bring a minor guest to the event, I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or otherwise have full legal authority to provide consent on the minor’s behalf. I give permission for the minor to attend and participate in the event. I understand that participation is voluntary and that the minor is expected to follow all event rules and instructions from organizers and event staff.

I further understand that participants age 10 and under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Participants age 11 and older may attend the event without a parent or legal guardian present and will be under the general supervision of designated staff during the event.


2. Assumption of Risk and Release

I acknowledge that attendance or participation in the event may involve risks such as slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents. I agree that I and any minor guest attend and participate at our own risk. On behalf of myself and any minor guest, I waive, release, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue staff, including but not limited to Champions Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages whatsoever arising from or relating to attendance at or participation in the event.


3. Medical Authorization (Minor Guests)

If a medical emergency involving a minor guest occurs and I cannot be reached or immediate action is required, I authorize event staff to seek necessary medical care for the minor. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any associated medical costs.


4. Media Release (Minor Guests)

If I bring a minor guest onto the premises, I grant permission for photographs, recordings, livestream footage, or other media of the minor taken during the event to be used in broadcasts, replays, promotional materials, marketing content, and related event coverage, in accordance with the Club’s Media Release terms.
