American Mahjong Night in the Charleston Room
Join us Wednesday, August 21 as the Champion Social Club’s Dolly Lounge gets a rebrand—the Charleston Room. It’s your chance to play Mahjong, enjoy a beautifully curated four-course dinner, and sip your favorite BYOB drinks in great company.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned players alike, this open-play night is hosted by Mahjong guide and content creator Susanne Moore of @mahjongmoore. She’ll offer casual instruction to help everyone get into the game.
The evening includes a global fusion dinner created by Chef Connie Trujillo, blending Mexican spice with Japanese technique. From chicken pot stickers to tepanyaki salmon and mini mango-matcha cheesecake, each dish is crafted for flavor and fun.
Bring your own Mahjong tiles and your favorite wine or cocktail—we’ll take care of the rest.

Second Course: Corn & Miso Velouté – Epazote oil, pasilla chile
Third Course: Tepanyaki Salmon – Tamarind–gochujang glaze, jasmine rice, chile de árbol bok choy
