Each edition of Sound Bites features a multi-course meal inspired by legendary artists\, paired with a full-length listening session in our intimate Dolly Lounge. At the end of the night\, guests are entered into a raffle to win one of the records played. \nThis month\, we feature the iconic sounds of Elton John and Billy Joel—two artists whose music blends storytelling\, style\, and timeless sophistication. Enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner crafted by Executive Chef Connie Trujillo\, each dish inspired by the legendary sounds of Elton John and Billy Joel. As you dine\, we’ll spin their greatest hits — from Piano Man to Tiny Dancer — celebrating the golden age of piano rock and the timeless connection between food and music. \nBring your favorite bottle and your favorite friends. \n  \nNeed to Know\nReservations are required and will close 48 hours prior to the event to ensure our culinary team can prepare each course with care.\nSeating is limited to maintain an intimate dining experience for our members and their guests.\nThis is a prix fixe\, three-course dinner ticketed dinner experience at $75 + tax & gratuity.\nThe Lounge will open at 6:15 PM\, with dinner service beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.\nPlease inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation so we can best accommodate your needs.
